FAQ

  • A session is 1 hour of recording time. Feel free to arrive a bit early with your guest(s) to get settled in.

    We have a few minutes of wiggle room towards the end of your hour if you go a little over, but the recording starts at the booked time.

  • We can modify the setup to have 1-4 people on-camera.

  • The live-cut option is great for some, but a fully edited podcast will cut down on run time and remove any unnecessary bloopers, as well as add dynamic intros & outros. You view your production options HERE.

  • Yes you can! We have fast internet and the capability to stream to any platform. This would be our “Live Cut” option in the BOOKING PORTAL.

    We also offer full-crew event + corporate live streaming, just shoot us an email to inquire.

  • Yes, we can schedule consecutive sessions to knock out a group of episodes at a time.

  • For a change of date or session cancellation, we must be notified at least three days prior to the scheduled date of the event via email for documentation. Upon a proper cancellation with notification at least three days prior to the event, a refund for the session(s) cost will be issued within five business days of the request, less booking fees and taxes, or additional expenses. If the event is cancelled within three day of the event date, the client shall pay the full balance of the contract due to the high probability that the we will not be able to further book that date.
